Oiling your hair everyday is very important, there are so many options for you out there when it comes to oiling. You can prefer coconut oil which is very popular in India I recommend you to go for parachute coconut oil which I use daily on my hair,I use it every night before going to bed. Massage your head it really feels relaxed after a stressed day, there are several oil for you like Argan oil, jojoba oil any many more
2. Investing in quality shampoo and make sure that it is SLS Free you will get several options for sls free shampoo on internet. Some which I will recommend are L’OREAL Paris Ever Strong Hydrate Shampoo, Neutrogena Triple Moisture Lather Cream Shampoo and Schwarzkopf BC Bonacure Color Save Sulfate Free Shampoo is also a very good option. A quick pro tip for you guys don’t shower your hair every day because it may damage your hair and can cause hair fall and breakouts you can shower it in every 2 to 3 days which I prefer
3.Don’t Use excess product on your hair. Now a day hair products are rolling like anything. Beware that the product you are using for your hair because it may be the major reason for your hair fall I always try to minimise the use of hair product on my hair
4. never blow dry your hair before applying heat protectant argan oil is a very good heat protectant I highly highly highly recommend to you guys to use argan oil for your hair if you use blow dryer on your hair
5. Watch what you eat your eating habit plays a major role. Always try to eat as healthy as you can. Eat fruits and veggies because they have vitamins which are very good for your hair.
6. Water (h2O):
last but not the least drink water as mush as you can because it will keep you hydrated and its excellent for your health drinking 3-4 litres of water every day will be very beneficial for your whole body.
