5 Basic Steps For a healthy and a clearer Skin

1. Using Cleanser Twice A Day


It’s very important that use clean your face with a face wash in morning and at night. Use a face wash according to your skin type, if you have oily skin I will recommend you to use something which is very mild, my skin is also oily,  I use pears face wash it’s a very good face wash it has pure glycerin in it 

2. Using a toner


After washing your face try to use a toner on your, what to toner does? It gives your skin pH balance.Our skin is naturally acidic, normally with a pH balance of between five and six. After cleansing, due to the alkaline nature of soap, the pH balance of skin gets disturbed. When this happens your skin needs to work overtime to restore the balance (and that may result in oil), but using a toner helps to restore this balance quickly.

3. Use a moisturizer



Use a moisturizer after toning your face moisturizer helps your skin to be not get too dry or too oily, if you have an oily skin I will recommend you to go for something oil free. moisturizer your face at lest twice in a day after toning

4. Exfoliate


Guys exfoliating your skin is very important, you should exfoliate your skin at lest twice in a week, what exfoliating does? In basic words exfoliating is like washing off your old skin a some fresh skin pops out after that.it helps to prevent dead cells and black head on your face, so guys remember exfoliating your skin twice in a week is very important.

5. Water (H2O)


Treat your skin like a flower,you know what happens when you don’t give water to a flower? its gets dull, exactly that’s how your skin behave,try to drink water in regular interval.it’s very important to keep your skin hydrated,try to drink 3-4 liters of water every single day.
