massage your hair regularly with oil,you can use argan oil coconut oil or another oil which is good for your hair and scalp
your diet is the most essential way to keep your hair healthy . make sure that your diet contains enough protein and vitamin. if you are having a tough time with your hair i will suggest you to use biotin,and please before consuming biotin make sure you consult a doctor
3. Water (H2O).
Always make sure you are drinking enough water. you must drink at lest 3-3.5 lit. of water every single day
